1. Who can join the referral program?

The referral program is open to all policy-holders of Immerse Life/Utmost Edge NZ who are residents.

2. Where can I find my personalized link?

Visit www.immerselife.co.nz and navigate to the Refer a friend area.

3. How many friends can I refer?

As many as you like! There’s no limit on how many friends you refer. But there is a monthly cap of 10 clients per referrer. More than 10 would be counted on the next month.

4. The reward amount is Cash incentive. The referred customer must buy a new life insurance policy from AIA, Fidelity, NIB within a week/month.

5. How much Referral Rewards can I earn?

  •    First Referral $150
       (2nd,3rd,4th referrals total $450,00)
  •    Fifth Referral $300
       (6th,7th, 8th, 9th referrals total $500)
  •    Tenth Referral $500
  •    Total of $1800 per month for just 10 clients with issued policy.

6. Who is the qualified Referral:

To be considered a qualified referral, the
referred customer must meet the following criteria:

  • They must be a new customer to AIA or Fidelity.
  • They must not have an existing policy with AIA or Fidelity.
  • They must purchase a new life insurance policy from AIA and
    Fidelity when the referral was made and accepted by
    Immerse life, or receiving the referral from the policyholder.
  • They must maintain the insurance policy for at least two years.

7. What are the Referral Process?

To refer a customer, the referrer must:
a. Provide the Image like advisor/admin the referred customer’s name, mobile number and email address via Messenger, SMS, Email (dennis@immerselife.co.nz)
b. Immerse Life shall call the referred customer for an interview to find out if eligible. The advisor will book a meeting with the customer to proceed with the six steps process.
c. Once the policy has been issued, and the commission has been received by Immerse Life, payment shall be made to the referrer’s nominated bank account.
d. All eligible customer that were referred by the policyholder shall be entered CRM for file..

8. Termination:

Immerse life reserves the right to end the referral program and for any reason, without prior notice.

9. Modification:

Immerse life reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the referral program and, for any reason, without prior notice.

10. Liability:

Immerse life shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses relating to the referral program, including but not limited to any failure to receive a reward or any errors or omissions in the referral process.

11. Governing Law:

The referral program shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Fair-Trading Act 1986, The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) of New Zealand.

12. How can I promote Life Insurance to my friends?

Here is some marketing information you can share to your friends.
